Once you know the signs, narcissists are easy to spot. Fortunately, narcissists have predictable patterns and behaviors. It’s as if they’ve all read the same narcissist manual!
Narcissists are easy to spot once they get to know you. Their mask drops, and they reveal their true colors.
Here are some common traits of narcissists…
Narcissists hate being alone. They need company almost all the time. They will be relentlessly pestering you for attention.
Oddly enough, once they have that company, they often act as if you aren’t there. Or as if they don’t need you.
They are very nice to those they don’t know well. But they treat those “closest to them” with contempt.
They monopolize the conversation. Narcissists love to talk all the time. They love to talk about themselves and their greatness. When you speak, they either ignore you or quickly change the subject and go back to their own devices.
When they get to know you, narcissists often make subtle jokes and sarcasm. If you react, they either claim they were joking or that you’re being overly sensitive.

Narcissists hate it when you’re sick. They sometimes act as if you’re faking it. Or they deliberately antagonize you when you’re sick. They’re the only ones who should be sick and need attention. You should be healthy so you can meet their needs.
Narcissists are often late. They act as if they’ve done nothing wrong. But they hate it when you’re late!
Narcissists are never wrong. They’ll argue until they’re blue in the face, rather than admitting their mistake, even when the facts are clearly against them.
Narcissists also deny any wrongdoing, even in the face of overwhelming evidence. I didn’t order porn with my credit card. Someone must have stolen my information.
Narcissistic men, in particular, like to get ahead of you. It’s a show of dominance.
