5 Ways Astrology Warns You Someone Might Be A Narcissist

Untreated narcissism is a scourge on the world. When narcissists aren’t trying to trick you with fake charm and lies to get something of value out of you (only to dispose of you like garbage later), they’re busy plotting how to become rulers of the world and have people worship them as such.

It’s quite scary (and disheartening as well) how many of those out there, especially in positions of power, dictate to us what is right and what is wrong according to their skewed view of the world.

Can astrology help us know if a person is a narcissist? After all, if you catch one early, you can avoid toxicity altogether!

Here are some zodiac placements that reveal narcissistic tendencies. Please note that the following astrology placements do not mean that the person is a complete narcissist. However, the presence of these aspects in the natal chart indicates a greater potential for narcissistic traits.

  1. Stellium in Leo or the 5th house
The Leo zodiac sign faces a lot of criticism for being self-important and selfish. Their pride can get the best of them sometimes. For this reason, having three or more zodiac placements in Leo or the 5th house (also called the star in astrology), makes a person very susceptible to self-centeredness and grandiose thinking. This is even more true if the Stellium in Leo or the 5th house is made of the signs of the Sun, Venus, Moon, or Neptune. Pluto adds a sinister touch here as well, making the person vulnerable to sadism.
  2. The North Node or South Node is associated with the Moon
Some astrologers consider this placement a “sign of a serial killer.” But that doesn’t mean that every person with their North Node or South Node connected to the Moon is the next Ted Bundy or narcissist. However, it makes the person vulnerable to mental health problems and uncomfortable attachments to his or her mother.

The South Node conjunct the Moon in particular creates an intense illusion about the nature of the world. The North Node associated with the Moon can make a person believe they are “destined for greatness” and secretly desire hero worship, which is very common in narcissists.

  1. The Sun’s conjunction with Neptune and/or Pluto
People with Sun conjunction Neptune and/or Pluto are very powerful. Especially the Sun’s conjunction with Pluto, which gives the native an almost single-minded drive to achieve his goals. But this astrological placement also makes a person vulnerable to narcissism.

With the Sun conjunct Neptune, the native is prone to delusional thinking and grandiosity. They can also easily fall prey to addictive behavior, especially sex addiction. With the Sun conjunct Pluto, the native can be a secret sadist, incredibly powerful on the surface and charismatic, but frightening behind closed doors. They do not tolerate people leaking their secrets and can be very vindictive.

  1. The moon is in Scorpio
Everyone with a Scorpio moon is not a narcissist, as is the case with the other aspects mentioned. But it makes a person very vulnerable to inner turmoil and feelings of oppression. So they do everything they can to “get them first.”

Moon in Scorpio makes a person very manipulative by nature. They like to study people and know their weaknesses. Sooner or later, they begin to push people’s buttons and enjoy how they control the other person’s reactions and emotions. This situation is most common in covert narcissists who initially seem pathetic loners.

  1. The Sun is conjunct Venus
A person who has Venus conjunct the Sun in his birth chart is naturally charming and kind. They are articulate, well-mannered, and ambitious without raising any red flags. But if this placement is poor, or the individual grows up without discipline or consequences, they can turn into charming and charismatic narcissists.

Deep down, the person associated with the Sun and Venus wants power and everything to go his way. Their outward projection of sympathetic ambition is usually a veil that hides their motives and desires on the inside. These people also tend to be very beautiful. They use this, along with their magic, to calm people down and reveal vital information to them.
