4 Unusual-But-Scary Narcissistic Traits That Often Go Unnoticed

The Internet seems to be full of articles about narcissism, narcissistic abuse, and narcissistic manipulation tactics.

Sometimes, you may recognize the signs of narcissism, but never think it goes beyond a lack of empathy or making it all about themselves.

After several personal encounters with narcissists, I would like to share with you some unusual narcissistic traits I have observed in people with destructive personality disorder.

#Here are four unusual but frightening narcissistic traits that often go unnoticed:

1. They have a voice that doesn’t quite “right”.

Although it may seem unusual, narcissists often have a voice that doesn’t sound completely normal. This is because they speak to create an impression, not to communicate, and often they do not succeed in achieving this. It is not unusual for a narcissist to speak in a disproportionately grandiose manner while in a particular company, or to change his or her tone depending on the company.

2. They have a perfect smile

Unfortunately for members of the opposite sex, narcissists often tend to have very attractive smiles. Well, wouldn’t anyone do that if they practiced it all day in the mirror? The lack of sincerity in a narcissist’s smile can be very image-friendly; However, it’s not pretty.

Something is unsettling about the way a narcissist’s smile appears, just like the Cheshire Cat when there’s nothing to cheer about.

3. Their eyes are incredibly sharp.

Another trait that can, unfortunately, be considered attractive, is the narcissist’s deep, focused stare. This can be confused with a seductive look, depth of thought, or even deep emotion. However, when a narcissist looks deep into your eyes, the only thing he enjoys is the way he appears to you.

4. They have encyclopedic knowledge.

What also adds to the “cool” personalities of narcissists is the way they seem to know something about everything. This is partly because they can remember information due to the limited time they spend building meaningful relationships, and partly because they have no qualms at all about doing business with you.

If the information they give you is incorrect, they will never admit their mistake. May God help you if you invite them to do so. It’s hard to admit that someone you know, trust, and perhaps love is a narcissist, but if you have reason to suspect it, there’s probably something to it.

These four narcissistic traits are not the only signs of narcissism you should look for when spotting a narcissistic person. But if they have signs of an emotionally abusive relationship, it may be time to call it quits. Please let these traits be potential warnings of poisoning and allow yourself to be aware, informed, and in control.
